Hotmonster spam emails 申诉始末
最近有接到我的Hotmonster帐户下的某个域名有发垃圾邮件的情况,于是处理了一下,不料几天以后帐户竟被停了,当时真的吓了一身冷汗,因为网上搜索到的关于类似的处理都是只有转移空间商了,毕竟HM总体来说还算不错,不想换来换去麻烦,于是开始了LIVE CHAT的申诉之旅,第一次排了长队进了LIVE CHAT,客服告诉我要直接电话联系他们的abuse department,我想还是给他们提交工单吧,不过提交了好长时间仍然没有回应,以下是第一次LIVE CHAT的聊天记录:

May I have the main domain, as well as either the password or last four digits of the credit card on file? Note that if you paid through PayPal instead of a credit card, I would need either the paypal invoice number or your paypal transaction ID.

Russel [8:33:19 PM]: it looks like the abuse department received several complaints about getting unsolicited messages for that account, there was a warning sent out, then that was later suspended due to that issue

[8:40:01 PM]: even if its not sent from our servers if it points to a site on our servers it must conform to spam policy

Russel [8:42:40 PM]: we have enabled FTP and cpanel access for the account, you can use that to resolve the issue, once that is resolved we will evaluate that for reactivation
